The IOSH Managing Safely course is designed for:

Managers and supervisors with responsibility for managing people and workplace activities.

This course is not intended to turn participants into health and safety specialists. Instead, it equips managers and supervisors with the practical knowledge and skills required to effectively manage health and safety responsibilities within their own workplace.

The course consists of seven modules:

Introducing Managing Safely
Assessing Risks
Controlling Risks
Understanding Hazards
Understanding Responsibilities
Investigating Incidents
Measuring Performance

Assessment

Participants are required to successfully complete two assessments:

Multiple-choice and short-answer assessment.
Practical workplace risk assessment project.

Participants who successfully complete both assessments will be awarded the internationally recognised IOSH Managing Safely Certificate.

22 hours of internationally recognised IOSH Managing Safely training.
Original IOSH Managing Safely course workbook (e-book)
Refreshments and tea breaks (for classroom-based training).
Official IOSH Managing Safely Certificate upon successful completion.
