🔧 What You’ll Do:
Develop and improve QHSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
Conduct internal audits & support external audit processes
Manage NCRs, client complaints, and track timely closure
Promote QHSE awareness company-wide (trainings, TBTs, inductions)
Perform HSE inspections & risk assessments
Participate in incident investigations and reporting
Ensure operational compliance with safety regulations
Prepare monthly QHSE performance reports & suggest improvements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Min. 3 years of QHSE experience in Oil & Gas sector
Fluency in English (Russian is a plus)
Internal Auditor Certification (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
HSE Qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
Confident MS Office user
Strong communication, reporting & organizational skills
