Now Hiring: Offshore HSE Advisor – Ensure safety and compliance offshore.
Company: “DH NEFT SERVİS TİKİNTİ” CJSC
Location: Offshore, Azerbaijan

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and client requirements across offshore operations.
Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Lead Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Toolbox Talks (TBT).
Supervise the Permit to Work (PTW) system and monitor high-risk activities (lifting, confined space entry, H2S, pressure works).
Enforce PPE use, ensure readiness of firefighting and emergency equipment.
Respond to incidents, conduct investigations (RCA), and implement CAPA plans.
Deliver HSE inductions, refresher trainings, and emergency drills with the ERT.
Prepare daily/weekly HSE reports, support audits, and participate in client inspections.

Minimum Requirements:
Mandatory offshore certifications: BOSIET / T-BOSIET (OPITO approved, incl. HUET), H2S Awareness & Escape.
First Aid / Advanced First Aid, Firefighting & Emergency Response.
Confined Space Entry & Rescue, Rigging & Lifting (Banksman/Rigger Awareness, LOLER/BS 7121 knowledge).
Preferred: NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Internal Auditor.
