Vacancy: Assistant for HSE Manager / HSE Administrator
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based
Reports To: HSE Manager
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HSE department, including organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating communications.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining occupational health, safety, and environmental procedures and policies.
Prepare HSE reports, including incident analysis, trends, and system performance metrics.
Participate in internal inspections and audits, and assist in preparation for external audits.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO 45001 standards throughout the organization.
Coordinate and conduct training sessions on occupational health, safety, and environmental topics.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE, preferably in an administrative or support role.
Knowledge of and practical experience with ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Proficient in handling HSE documentation, reporting, and management systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Technical English proficiency (reading and understanding documentation).
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
