Work Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (Onshore)

Type of Assignment: Contract

Contract Duration: Permanent

Work Schedule: 5 days a week based on 8 hours per day

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: 2000-2500 azn

HSE Coordinator, duties, and responsibilities:

Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure the implementation of safety measures.
Participate in internal and external HSE audits and ensure compliance.
Organize safety training sessions and enhance employees’ HSE awareness.
Investigate incidents and accidents, providing recommendations for prevention.
HSE Coordinator, desired experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HSE or engineering field.
ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 internal auditor certification is a must; ISO Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
IOSH or NEBOSH certification is preferred.
Experience working in ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certified environments.
Participation in HSE audits with knowledge of compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
