QHSE Coordinator
Job description:
- Carry out active and reactive QHSE monitoring and guide the staff on the procedures and to inform the direct supervisor about the results
- Carry out incident investigation and report accordingly
- Ensure compliance of the Procedure, Guidelines and other applicable HSE documents within the company with the requirements of the legislation and normative acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- Plan and prepare the HSE Management System required documentation: e.g. procedures, plans, risk assessments etc.
- Carry out employee instructions (induction, periodic etc.)
- Check, supervise, instruct contractors on company QHSE rules and ensure company rules and procedures are followed by contractors.
- Check the PPE and equipment on timely manner
- Provide QHSE KPI reports to management on daily, weekly, monthly bases
- Provide initial and re-assessment of environmental aspects
- Ability to work with company internal IT systems and assist contractors on this matter
- Apply quality control procedures and instruct contractors on QC procedures
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective QHSE processes
Job requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in HSE field;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Excel and Power point);
- Fluency in English (Russian is also preferable);
- IOSH certified;
- NEBOSH certificate is also preferable.
