Your Mission

Organize legal, organizational-technical, sanitary-hygienic, socio-economic, and preventive measures aimed at preventing occupational diseases and industrial accidents.

Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety and fire safety rules and legislation.

Participate in the development of new rules, processes, procedures, internal regulatory documents, and industry standards.

Prepare proposals for creating safe working conditions and monitor their implementation.

Supervise safety briefings at workplaces and ensure their proper documentation.

Monitor compliance with sanitary and hygiene regulations.

Oversee the safe operation of equipment and devices.

Ensure workers are provided with personal protective equipment.

Conduct HSE trainings when necessary.

Control compliance with occupational and fire safety requirements by employees, contractors, and visitors.

Analyze and record causes of occupational injuries and diseases.

Organize measurement of harmful production factors and technical safety assessments.

Lead and supervise workplace attestation and occupational safety certification processes.

Assist in compiling the list of positions subject to mandatory medical examinations.

Participate in checking the compliance of technical equipment and collective protection devices.

Work in coordination with other structural units of the department.

Conduct quarterly, semi-annual, and annual activity analysis and prepare reports.

Organize an annual audit of departmental documents.

Contribute to the implementation of strategic goals in occupational safety.

What We Expect From You

Higher education.

Relevant experience in HSE.

Ability to organize a healthy and safe working environment.

Skills to identify real production risks.

Ability to draft and maintain HSE-related documentation.

Knowledge of normative legal acts and methodological guidelines related to the field.

Ability to build effective cooperation with “Aztelekom” LLC’s structural divisions.

Capacity to work in coordination with regional branches and the Baku office.
