📍 We currently have an active vacancy for the position of “Head of QHSE Department”.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure unified organization of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) processes and provide organizational and methodological leadership in this area
· Lead the development of a comprehensive action plan to improve working conditions and monitor its implementation
· Oversee compliance with the company’s Quality Control Policy
· Supervise the testing of technical equipment and machinery to ensure compliance with standards
· Review QHSE policies and procedures, conduct hazard and risk assessments, and propose new control measures
· Lead investigations of incidents and accidents, ensure record keeping, support corrective actions, and communicate “lessons learned” to all employees
· Propose initiatives for the implementation of incentive programs related to QHSE
✅ Candidate Requirements:
· Higher education (engineering, ecology, safety, or related fields)
· Minimum 3 years of experience in the QHSE field (experience in the oil & gas sector is preferred)
· Knowledge of international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.)
· Strong analytical skills and experience in risk assessment
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
· Attentive, analytical mindset with strict adherence to accountability and confidentiality principles
· Strong leadership and teamwork skills
· Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is desirable
