KN SƏTƏM üzrə kiçik Mütəxəssisi / Junior QHSE Specialist

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) Specialist to join our team in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of QHSE policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to international and local standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of QHSE management systems.

Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety inspections.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.

Maintain QHSE records, reports, and documentation.

Participate in HSE trainings, awareness programs, and audits.

Collaborate with operational teams to promote a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in QHSE within the Oil & Gas industry.

Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is an advantage.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
