Incident – a worker died in cement factory in Baku / Azerbaijan

On May 6, the district prosecutor’s office received information about the death of Sakit Abdullayev in 1990, who worked as a locksmith in a cement plant on the Salyan highway in Garadagh district.

According to the Garadagh District Prosecutor’s Office, the operation was loaded with loads, which caused an explosion due to excessive electric shock to Sakit Abdullayev’s tire.

The Garadagh District Prosecutor’s Office has launched a criminal case under Article 162.2 (violation of labor protection rules, which caused the death of a person through negligence) is currently on trial.
