Job responsibilities:

• Manage the QHSE team to achieve control, monitoring and implementation of QHSE policies and procedures;
• Perform internal audits to assess compliance to standards and to the internal Quality System, including investigation, presentation of observations and findings, and reporting;
• Defining/developing Quality Program status indicators, performance measurements and reporting requirements;
• Perform meetings with relevant departments concerning with non-conformances found during audit;
• Connect directly with site leads regarding the site problems and assist in solving the problems together with management;
• Analyze QMS System data and implement recommendations for improvement;
• Develop and lead internal audit activities to ensure QMS system is maintained;
• Lead Internal Auditors to perform internal audit;
• Performs Supplier Assessments;
• Perform internal audits to assess compliance to Standards and to the internal Quality System, including investigation, presentation of observations and findings, and reporting;
• Investigate product quality problems, determine root cause, gather and analyze data and implement corrective action to reduce or eliminate cause;
• Provide corrective and preventive Actions;
• Application of testing and inspection activities;
• Reviewing and updating project specifications, drawings, method statement and Quality Assurance/ Quality Control plans/procedures;
• Ensure that all sites activities are carried out according to reference documentation;
• Manage calibration of measurement instruments and related certifications;
• Manage weekly QA/QC meetings;
• Support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of QHSE Standards;
• Implement the Crisis Management Plan and ensure robust line of escalation exists;
• Provide accident and incident reporting to top management;
• Lead an investigation process;
• Develop and implement Business Continuity Plans;
• Maintain quality, safety and environmental systems;
• Implements audit to achieve compliance with ISO 9001-2015, 14001-2015 and OHSAS 18001;
• Ensure appropriate resources are provided to support a compliant business and to identify any systemic weaknesses;

Qualifications/skills

• Bachelor degree in technical sciences (preferably in QC/HSE);
• At least 10 years’ of relevant professional experience;
• NEBOSH / ISO Lead auditor certification is a strong asset;
• Demonstrated leadership, supervision and facilitation skills;
• Must have very good written and oral communications;
• Must be a team player and able to work in a team oriented environment;
• Ability to make good judgements and develop good decisions.
